Our Company tractor mows vacant lots on North Padre Island both residential and commercial. We have been mowing lots for over 30 years. We mow, weed eat the perimeter, and blow all the clippings from the sidewalks and streets 6 times throughout the year to keep the Johnson Grass, Weeds and Sunflowers below the 12" ordinance of the city. We are located right on the Island so it is convenient for us to keep an eye on your property and check each subdivision after heavy rains. We would love to have your business and take care of your property! For 2012 we will do 6 Mows for $38.50 each that is $231.00 for the year. We try to keep our mows minimal and prices low. Receipt of Payment in full will add you to our mowing cycle for 2012.
